Controversial Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has taken to social media to celebrate a major judicial victory after the Lagos State High Court completely threw out and dismissed the multi-million naira lawsuit brought against her by prominent clergyman Pastor Chris Okafor.
The legal battle erupted after Okafor, the wealthy founder and general overseer of the Grace Nation Bible Ministry, dragged the screen diva to court, accusing her of aggressive cyberbullying, harassment, unlawful publication of private personal materials, attempted financial extortion, and the malicious dissemination of false information.
Reacting triumphantly on her official Instagram page on Thursday, June 11, 2026, a jubilant Doris accompanied her victory announcement with lines of laughing emojis, mocking the popular televangelist.
The actress wrote: "Yes ooo who says God no day. The court dismissed Chris Okafor’s case against me. Hahaha. Now it’s war. Hahaha. JESUS is the ultimate ooo. Tori dey ooo."
The intense legal animosity traces back to December 2025, when Doris, who is openly known as Okafor's ex-lover, went viral across gossip blogs for fiercely calling out the clergyman on the internet.
She accused him of callously dumping her for a much younger lady despite making several formal, long-term marriage promises to her during their secret relationship.
Following the dismissal, the actress has hinted at launching a fresh counter-offensive against the ministry head.
