Self-acclaimed relationship therapist and media personality Blessing Okoro, widely known as Blessing CEO, has strongly refuted viral online claims alleging she suffers from severe drug addiction.
Blessing made the clarification during a recorded video call with Nollywood actress Doris Ogala shortly after her release from security detention.
Ogala shared the video on her Instagram page, bringing up rumors circulating across social media platforms that claimed Blessing required professional rehabilitation and shouldn't receive financial aid.
Addressing the rumors directly, Blessing CEO denied participating in substance use or an extravagant lifestyle, stating firmly that she does not smoke, consume alcohol, or attend wild parties.
She accused online commentators of creating false narratives and forming harsh judgments without knowing her personal character or daily habits.
"Yes, mama, I don’t smoke, I don’t drink and I don’t even party... Most times the internet just have a way of enjoying themselves, a lot of people don’t even know me in person." — Blessing CEO
