Reacting via an official public advisory on Monday, June 8, 2026, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) for the state command, Superintendent of Police Abimbola Adebisi, urged parents, guardians, and school administrators to completely disregard the fear-inducing report, emphasizing that extensive investigations by intelligence units show zero credible indication of an impending attack anywhere in Lagos.
