Toyin Abraham Threatens Legal Action Over Viral RIP TikTok Videos

Award-winning Nollywood actress, filmmaker, and digital content creator, Toyin Abraham, has issued an unyielding public warning to TikTok users and social media content creators who are maliciously circulating her photographs alongside defamatory "Rest In Peace" (RIP) captions.

The prominent movie star expressed her profound dissatisfaction with the highly disturbing trend during an emotional video broadcast shared via her official Snapchat handle on Tuesday.

The issue stems from a rising wave of cyber-vandalism on the short-form video platform TikTok, where several alternative channels have been caught fabricating celebrity death hoaxes to artificially inflate their engagement metrics, views, and monetary algorithms.

Reacting firmly to prevent further spread, Abraham stated categorically that she would not tolerate or review any apologies or pleas from family members, friends, or associates on behalf of any creator caught developing or distributing such sensitive content.

Emphasizing that she remains alive and healthy, the screen diva ordered an immediate deletion of all active death-captioned media on the application. "If I catch you, I won’t listen to anyone begging on your behalf," Abraham warned during the broadcast.

"Go and delete it and stop. Everyone is seeing it now. If I catch you, I won't listen. I shall not die."
