Nollywood star Bimbo Ademoye has trended online after a video surfaced showing her confronting a group of "area boys" who disrupted her movie set.
The men reportedly stormed the outdoor location in Lagos, demanding a "settlement" for filming in their neighborhood.
Visibly upset yet composed, Ademoye refused to be intimidated by the group’s aggressive approach. “I am a street girl, let me tell you. Ask around... I like settling boys.
But you don’t come to me and start telling me the amount to give,” she told the men.
The tension peaked when one of the men threatened to switch off her camera, to which she sharply replied:
“Camera that nobody in your generation has.” Fans have since flooded social media with praise for her bravery and refusal to yield to extortion.
