Super Eagles striker Kelechi Iheanacho continued his phenomenal goalscoring run in Turkey, scoring twice to lead Bursaspor to a hard-fought 2-1 win against Manisa at the Manisa 19 Mayıs Stadium.
The Nigerian international responded to Cheikne Sylla's opening goal for Manisa by beating defenders at the edge of the box to score the equalizer in the 27th minute.
In second-half stoppage time, Iheanacho capitalized on a defensive handling error by goalkeeper Vedat KarakuÅŸ to slot home the winning goal.
The late brace marks Iheanacho's sixth consecutive scoring game for the Green Crocodiles since his summer arrival, elevating his tally to eight goals and two assists in his opening six appearances of the season.
"Iheanacho has extended his impressive scoring streak since the commencement of the 2026/2027 Turkish 1. Lig season, scoring in six consecutive matches." — Bursaspor Match Report
