Lima and Kira Taiwo, daughters of veteran Yoruba cinema actor Taiwo Hassan—popularly known as Ogogo—have issued an urgent public appeal following their father's stage-four cancer diagnosis.
In separate video statements shared on Instagram, the sisters disclosed that hospitals have declined further chemotherapy treatments for the 66-year-old actor, prompting the family to seek alternative medical facilities or specialists willing to manage his condition.
The family clarified that the public appeal is strictly for medical assistance and specialized clinical intervention rather than financial contributions, noting that political figures including Senator Yayi have provided ongoing financial support.
