In a message shared on her official Instagram account, Daramola-Salako described her distress, writing that she had been unable to stop crying as she processed the news of Osoba's passing.
Temitope Osoba's passing has prompted tributes from fans, colleagues, and figures across the Yoruba movie industry who recognized her contributions to Nigerian cinema.
Osoba had previously undergone multiple surgical procedures during a public battle with breast cancer, during which Daramola-Salako and other industry peers actively assisted in organizing fundraising efforts for her medical treatment.
