Local law enforcement confirmed that the vehicle she was traveling in left the roadway early Tuesday morning and struck a culvert, with preliminary investigations indicating excessive speed as a contributing factor.

Her passing was confirmed by her father, Joshua Hottle, in a poignant American Sign Language livestream, as well as by the Texas School for the Deaf, where she was a senior student.

Tributes continue to pour in across social platforms from MonsterVerse fans, co-stars, and disability rights advocates celebrating her historic role in bringing authentic deaf representation to mainstream global cinema.
