FCT Police Command Solicits Public Help to Locate Missing Abuja Resident Emmanuel Terfa



The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has issued an urgent public appeal for assistance in locating a twenty-five-year-old man, Emmanuel Terfa, popularly known by friends and acquaintances as "Stoner," who has been missing since early January. 

Law enforcement authorities are requesting anyone with credible information regarding his whereabouts to immediately step forward to assist police investigators and facilitate a safe reunion with his distressed family.

According to official details provided by the FCT Police Public Relations Officer, SP Josephine Adeh, Terfa is an indigene of Makurdi Local Government Area of Benue State and a graduate of Benue State University. He resides at Guzape Village in Abuja.

Physical descriptions released by the police indicate that Terfa is over six feet tall, has a chocolate complexion, a slightly heavy build, dreadlocks, and speaks both English and Hausa fluently. 

He was last seen at his Guzape residence on January 8, 2026, and has not been heard from since.

"Emmanuel was last seen at his residence in Guzape Village, Abuja, on 8th January, 2026, and has not been seen since. 

Members of the public with any useful information that may assist in locating him are kindly urged to report to the nearest Police Station or contact official control lines."
