Eniola Badmus Drops from 170kg to 83kg Over Five-Year Journey

Popular Nollywood actress and household media personality Eniola Badmus has openly celebrated her extraordinary physical fitness milestone, revealing that she has successfully dropped from 170kg down to 83kg over a dedicated five-year journey.

However, the prominent movie star expressed deep disappointment and heartbreak over the continuous online bullying and body-shaming directed at her new physical structure.

Taking to her official Instagram page to share her transformation chronicle in 2026, Badmus emphasized that her new look required intense years of discipline, physical pain, emotional sacrifice, and consistent healthy lifestyle choices. She described the process as one of the single hardest battles of her entire life.

Sadly, the actress noted that the exact same online trolls who severely criticized her when she was plus-size have turned around to mock her skin changes following her massive 87kg weight reduction.

"Five years ago, I weighed 170KG. Today, in 2026, I weigh 83KG. That didn’t happen overnight... The same people who body-shamed me when I was plus-size are the same people body-shaming me now that I’ve lost the weight.

What exactly do you want from me? When someone loses almost 90KG, it’s completely normal for the skin to change," Eniola Badmus wrote emotionally.

The movie star stated firmly that her silence in the face of continuous digital insults should never be misconstrued as weakness, noting that she remains a human being with real feelings.

Badmus further stated that achieving such a monumental transformation at her age is a remarkable feat that deserves to be celebrated with respect rather than ridicule.

She made a passionate appeal to her fellow women to match their "women supporting women" slogans with actual empathy, urging the public to choose kindness and respect her journey as she continues to heal and grow.
