Music mogul Don Jazzy has firmly dismissed long-standing allegations that Mavin Records prioritizes certain artists over others.
Speaking on the Crea8torium podcast, the executive explained that it makes no financial sense for a label to invest heavily in an artist only to "lock them away" or neglect their career.
Jazzy clarified that the frequency of music releases is primarily driven by the artists themselves, not label bias.

He noted that while some fans complain about certain acts releasing only one or two songs a year, those decisions often stem from the artists’ own creative pace or "imposter syndrome."
He emphasized that if an artist has a million songs ready to go, the label is always prepared to release them.
