Former Big Brother Naija winner Ilebaye has sent shockwaves through social media after a midnight Instagram livestream captured her crying for urgent help during an alleged case of domestic violence.
In the trending video, Ilebaye appeared with a visibly swollen face and was heard screaming as a man, believed to be her father, reportedly physically assaulted her in the background.
“Nigerians, help me, I need to go. I need to leave this house; I’m being locked up,” she cried out, pleading for someone to intervene.

Fellow BBNaija star Tacha quickly reacted to the distressing footage, taking to her own Instagram story to urge anyone in Abuja to lead the police to Ilebaye’s residence.
Tacha expressed her horror at the severity of the injuries, stating that the reality star's face had been "ruined" by the brutality.
