The victims testified that the robbers impersonated NDLEA officers to gain entry before stealing valuables including a Toyota Sienna, electronics, and cash. A third accomplice, Adewale David, died during the trial.

Delivering the judgment on Wednesday, Justice Bamidele Omotoso resolved all issues in favor of the prosecution.

“The sentence of this court is that the defendants... be hanged by the neck until they are dead. May God have mercy on your souls,” the judge ruled.

The prosecution presented 15 SIM cards, a black axe, and the stolen vehicle as exhibits during the case.
