Al Nassr has officially terminated the contract of former Manchester United defender Alex Telles, just one year after he joined the club alongside Cristiano Ronaldo.

The decision comes merely two games into the new season, with Telles reportedly falling out of favor with manager Luis Castro. 

This surprising move was confirmed by renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano. 

Telles, who signed with Al Nassr in a £4 million deal last summer, appeared in 38 matches and scored three goals during his time with the Saudi Pro League team.
