NDLEA captures Brazil returnee with packages of cocaine, others in powdered milk at Lagos airport
A Brazil returnee, Nwadinobi Charles Uchemadu from Sao Paulo, Brazil, via Doha on a Qatar Airways flight, has been caught with packages of cocaine disguised in different parts of a travel bag brought into Nigeria by operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), Ikeja, Lagos.
Uchemadu was captured on Monday, December 5, at the Lagos air terminal, during internal freedom of travelers on the Qatar airways flight following the revelation of three packages of cocaine weighing 2.70 kilograms manufacturing plant fixed in travel bag
Representative for Organization, Femi Babafemi, in a proclamation, yesterday, said NDLEA agents similarly caught jars of powdered milk, child food and drinks used to disguise 3.4 kilograms of Pot sativa going to Dubai, Joined Bedouin Emirates (UAE), at the Skyway Flight Dealing with Organization (SAHCO) trade shed of the air terminal same day.
According to Babafemi, a cargo specialist, Ewelike Chibuike Cyril, who introduced the transfer for send out was thusly captured.
