Show Ya Sef house during the 7th Live Eviction Show on Sunday night as two prominent housemates, Abi and Araga, saw their journey to the ₦100 million grand prize come to an end as the eighth and ninth evicted contestants.
Speaking with charismatic show host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu on stage immediately following her eviction, two-time Head of House Abi addressed widespread fan criticism that she had grown disinterested in the game.
Clarifying that while she thoroughly enjoyed her experience, the overwhelming social dynamics and emotional toll of the house contributed to her relaxed demeanor, adding that she was not surprised by her exit.
When pressed by Ebuka regarding her immediate plans now that her time in the house has concluded, Abi gave a sharp, unapologetic response: "I just want to make money."
Moments later, Araga joined Ebuka on stage to reflect on his turbulent stint in the competition, which saw him struggle during the opening weeks before making a dramatic turnaround in his game strategy.
Araga gave full credit for his emotional and social resurgence to evicted housemate Goddessa, praising her intellect, beauty, and grounding presence while hinting at pursuing a deeper connection with her outside the house.
Looking ahead to life after Big Brother, Araga stated that his primary focus will be leveraging the platform to "up the brand" and build a lasting career in the entertainment industry.
