Nigerian content creator Carter Efe has vowed to defeat entertainer Speed Darlington when the two meet in a celebrity boxing match scheduled for October 1 at the Federal Palace Hotel in Lagos.
During a tense face-off event tagged 'Chaos in the Ring', Carter challenged Speed Darlington for relying on security bouncers and cited Speed's online comments regarding Afrobeats superstar Burna Boy as primary motivation for the bout.
Speaking to Hip TV, Carter stated that he intends to put an end to Speed's public insults against top Nigerian musicians before he targets other artists.
"The major reason I want to beat Speed Darlington is because he called Burna Boy gay... If I don’t stop him, he’ll say it to Davido too. I want to beat Speed to embarrassment." — Carter Efe
