The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has officially published the personal particulars, academic certificates, and credentials of President Bola Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general elections.
In addition to the incumbent president, the electoral umpire also released official documentation for African Democratic Congress (ADC) candidate Atiku Abubakar, alongside Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer Peter Obi and his running mate Rabi’u Kwankwaso.
The step complies strictly with Section 29(3) of the Electoral Act, which mandates INEC to make candidates' personal particulars public within 21 days of receipt to allow public scrutiny by voters and political stakeholders.
