Addressing the anxiety surrounding a recent adversarial court ruling, Dickson declared that the group attempting to stall the party's momentum lacks the locus standi (legal right) to initiate any lawsuit against the NDC.
He described the applicant as a complete phantom entity unknown to Nigerian law, functioning neither as a registered political association nor a recognized political party. Dickson urged calm across the political spectrum, reinforcing that the party's structural foundations remain bulletproof.
