According to sources, Danladi picked up the fully loaded gun, which belonged to his father—a member of a local vigilante group in the area—and shot Titus in the stomach at close range, leading to his immediate death.
The victim was rushed to Suleja General Hospital after police personnel from the Maje Division evacuated his body, but he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
