Spain secured a hard-fought victory over Switzerland in the Nations League, despite playing with ten men for most of the match. 

Joselu opened the scoring with a header from Lamine Yamal’s cross, while Fabian Ruiz doubled the lead after a saved shot from Nico Williams.
