In a tragic accident, Barry Griffiths, 57, from Wales, died after accidentally stabbing himself while attempting to separate two frozen burgers with a knife.
The incident occurred in his apartment, where Griffiths, who had limited use of one arm due to a previous stroke, was preparing a meal.

Griffiths’ body was found days later, fully clothed, on his bed. An inquest revealed that he died from a stab wound to the stomach.
Police determined that his death was accidental and not the result of foul play, confirming that he had no signs of assault.
Detective Chief Inspector Jonathan Rees, who investigated the case, suggested that Griffiths accidentally inflicted the wound while trying to separate frozen burgers with a knife.
