AFCON 2025 Qualifiers: Osimhen and Okoye Set to Boost Super Eagles Ahead of Benin Clash

Nigerian star striker Victor Osimhen is set to join the Super Eagles camp on Thursday ahead of their crucial 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Benin Republic and Rwanda.

The 25-year-old, included in Nigeria’s 23-man squad, will arrive after finalizing a loan move to Turkish Super Lig champions Galatasaray. 

Meanwhile, Maduka Okoye, the Udinese goalkeeper, will join his teammates at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel alongside Osimhen. 

Kelechi Iheanacho, Sevilla's new signing, is also expected to arrive on Wednesday.

The Super Eagles are preparing intensely, with 20 players already in camp, as they aim to secure their spot in the upcoming AFCON tournament.
