Arsenal Thrashes Bayer Leverkusen 4-1 in Dominant Emirates Cup Performance
Arsenal continued their preparations for the 2024/2025 season with a commanding 4-1 victory over Bayer Leverkusen in the Emirates Cup on Wednesday night.
The Gunners took an early lead with goals from Oleksandr Zinchenko and Leandro Trossard within the opening 10 minutes.
Gabriel Jesus added a third goal, followed by Kai Havertz scoring against his former club. Bayer Leverkusen's Adam Hlozek managed to pull one back for the Bundesliga champions.
Arsenal will face Lyon in their second Emirates Cup match on Sunday.
