The All Progressives Congress (APC) leadership in Ipokia Local Government Area, Ogun State, has officially dissociated itself from the political activities and 2027 governorship declaration of aspirant Abayomi Hunye.
Speaking on behalf of the local executive, the party chairman declared that Hunye's recent actions and public declarations do not represent the official stance of the APC at any level.
Ward and local government executives confirmed that disciplinary proceedings were initiated at the Ward level (Tube Ward) following allegations of anti-party activities and conduct damaging to party unity.
