The Lagos State Special Offences Court sitting in Ikeja has granted social media personality Blessing Okoro, widely known as Blessing CEO, bail in the sum of N20 million following her prosecution over an alleged N69.15 million property fraud.
Presiding judge, Justice Rahman Oshodi, admitted the defendant to bail with two responsible sureties in like sum after considering her application.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had arraigned the popular relationship therapist on a two-count charge bordering on stealing and obtaining money under false pretences.
The anti-graft agency alleged that in March 2025, Blessing CEO fraudulently obtained N69,150,000 from Hope Chiropractic Health Clinic Limited under the guise of securing a property lease in the Lekki area of Lagos State.

Addressing concerns over her missing international passport, defence counsel presented an affidavit of loss and public notices.
Justice Oshodi directed that her sureties provide proof of N20m fixed deposits or bank statements, undergo Judiciary Bail Information profiling, and ordered the Nigerian Immigration Service to enforce travel restrictions ahead of trial continuation on October 12, 2026.
"The court was obliged to consider the gravity of the alleged offences and the severity of the punishment prescribed by law before exercising its discretion."
