The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has issued an urgent public alert regarding fraudulent activities involving the sale of party nomination forms for the 2027 general elections.
In a statement released by National Publicity Secretary Bolaji Abdullahi, the party clarified that any official communication regarding the National Chairman, David Mark, or the National Working Committee (NWC) must be channeled exclusively through the publicity office.
The alert follows a viral social media video falsely claiming that the National Chairman had authorized a "stakeholder" to sell forms.

The ADC emphasized that the sale of forms for Presidential, Gubernatorial, and National Assembly seats is constitutionally restricted to the office of the National Organizing Secretary, while State House of Assembly forms are handled at State Headquarters.
According to Qubes Magazine, the party has vowed to prosecute anyone engaging in impersonation or spreading unauthorized directives.
"Any sale or collection outside these recognized structures is a direct violation of the ADC constitution and the Electoral Act," the statement warned, urging members to remain focused on building the party for 2027.
