The 11th season of Big Brother Naija officially kicked off with 24 housemates entering the newly redesigned house to compete over 72 days for a record-breaking grand prize worth ₦160 million.
Hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the "Everything Is For The Taking" ("Show Ya Sef") themed edition features an "upside-down" architectural design and state-of-the-art production infrastructure, with the eventual winner taking home ₦100 million in cash alongside a brand-new SUV.
The diverse roster of housemates includes 24-year-old streamer Tram, UK-raised model Temi Nkem, and Osun State chef Abi, alongside Chimsom Chuka, Keivo, Mercedes, Kamsi, Sultex, Aikou, Flora, Bells, Gerard, Oyin, Sheba, Araga, Ricky, Nomy, Barry, Neche, Yusuf, Goddessa, Bluethopia, and Cassi.
Beyond the entertainment value, production officials confirmed that the season employs over 1,000 local personnel, marking the first edition following French media giant Canal+'s full acquisition of MultiChoice Group.
