According to a statement from the police spokesperson, ASP Nahum Kenneth Daso, the woman recently returned to Mallamfatori in Abadam Local Government Area and reported the incident, seeking assistance to locate her long-lost valuables. Acting on her detailed description, police officers conducted a search operation at the specified location.
ASP Daso stated the police recovered: “22cc of gold valued at about N20m” and “a gold bracelet with a chain worth N3.6m.”*
