Manchester United Drops Interest in PSG Midfielder Manuel Ugarte

Manchester United has ended their pursuit of Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Manuel Ugarte, according to The Athletic. The Premier League club will now focus on other transfer targets.

United decided not to meet PSG’s asking price for the Uruguay international, with PSG demanding around £51.4 million (€60 million) for Ugarte. 

The clubs are reportedly far apart in their respective valuations, and United will only return to negotiations if PSG reduces their demands.
