The Billboard Hot 100 is dominating music discussions worldwide after Drake officially broke Michael Jackson's legendary, long-standing record for the most No. 1 singles by a solo male artist in the chart’s history.
The historic milestone was secured when Drake’s new track, “Janice STFU,” debuted at No. 1 on the Hot 100.
The achievement brings his career total to 14 chart-topping singles, breaking his tie with the King of Pop and placing him alongside Taylor Swift and Rihanna.
Beyond the singles chart, Drake completely rewrote music history on the Billboard 200 albums chart, becoming the first artist ever to simultaneously occupy the top three positions with his surprise-dropped trilogy of albums: Iceman, Habibti, and Maid of Honour, which debuted at Nos. 1, 2, and 3 respectively.
