Global Afrobeats sensation Asake has finally addressed questions regarding his marital status, citing his reserved personality as a major factor.
In a candid interview with Korty EO, the "Lonely at the Top" crooner explained that despite his high-profile career, he remains a deep introvert who finds it difficult to socialize and meet potential partners.
Asake, whose real name is Ahmed Ololade, shared that while he thinks about building a family every single day, he is in no rush to force a relationship.
He emphasized his belief in divine timing, noting that God has already scripted the course of his life.
“I think about it every day because I am an introverted type of person who does not go out much," Asake revealed. "I will meet my wife when God says it is time... For now, my mom is my babe. I am still on the streets.”
The singer added that he is currently pouring his energy into his music career while maintaining a close bond with his mother.
He urged fans to be patient with life’s milestones, reminding them that "no one knows tomorrow" and rushing into marriage without divine guidance is not his style.
