Big Brother Naija Season 10 has officially kicked off with a thrilling twist, as Jason Jae emerged as the first Head of House (HOH) after a fierce three-part challenge. The challenge, tagged ‘Sense of Peace,’ took place shortly after the second part of the launch show on July 27, 2025.
Jason’s win comes after a high-stakes competition designed to test the strength, speed, and mental sharpness of the 29 housemates. The first round featured a Block Stacking Challenge where contestants recreated complex patterns using wooden blocks. Only eight housemates advanced: Jason Jae, Thelma Lawson, Bright Morgan, Victory, Tracy, Joanna, Sultana, and Gigi.
In the second stage, Goldbar Collection, contestants paired up to gather gold bars under pressure. Jason Jae, Joanna, Bright Morgan, and Sultana made it to the final round.

The final showdown, the Treasure Challenge Box, required the finalists to unlock a mysterious box using just one key — and Jason Jae clinched the win, securing the HOH title.
With this victory, Jason gains not only immunity from possible eviction but also a strategic edge in the competition. In his first decision as HOH, he selected Doris to enjoy the HOH lounge privileges with him.
