In a fresh social media outburst posted to his official X (formerly Twitter) handle, Peter Okoye revealed that while many fans had previously blamed his wife, Lola Omotayo, for financial irregularities, it was actually Jude who allegedly orchestrated the scheme through his own spouse.
According to Peter, Jude’s wife owns a staggering 80% stake in the company where P-Square’s group funds were reportedly being diverted. “Imagine if it were my wife that did this, the internet would have exploded. But everyone kept quiet because it was Jude’s wife,” he wrote.

Peter urged fans to reconsider their long-held beliefs about the P-Square fallout and hinted that he had been unfairly painted as the “black sheep” in the family. He backed his claim by reposting a 2020 tweet in which he had invited singer Cynthia Morgan to join his new music label following her public fallout with Jude, who previously managed her under Northside Entertainment.
“I wasn’t the problem. I’ve always tried to support others—Cynthia included. But I was the one labeled bad because I walked away,” Peter tweeted, referencing the emotional toll of the split.
He also included hashtags like #IDisownYou and #FamilyNeverStealsFromFamily, underscoring the depth of the family rift and the bitterness that has plagued the brothers since their public split in 2017.

Peter’s testimony reportedly forms a crucial part of the legal case involving the alleged misappropriation of N1.38 billion in assets from their music ventures.
The revelations have caused a stir on social media, with fans divided over whom to believe, as more dirty secrets from the once-united P-Square empire continue to surface.
