One Wicked Witch Is Down: Prophetess Ezinne Nwanorue Celebrates Mother-In-Law's Death

Canada-based Nigerian cleric Prophetess Ezinne Maryjane Nwanorue has drawn widespread criticism on social media after publicly celebrating the death of her mother-in-law, Comfort Chika Nwanorue.

Posting the deceased's funeral poster on her Facebook page, the prophetess described her late mother-in-law as a "wicked witch," wishing her eternal damnation and asserting that she was acting within her divine mandate as a prophetess.

The controversial post comes months after Ezinne and her husband, Franklin Chimaobim Nwanorue, went viral when she forced him to swear a public, video-recorded oath invoking death if he ever cheated on her upon relocating to Canada.

Ezinne later accused her husband of violating the oath with a side chick, and her latest online outburst has reignited public fascination and criticism regarding the family's ongoing marital disputes.

"One wicked witch is down: my dead mother-in-law, Comfort Chika Nwanorue, rest in pieces in hell with other dead witches... I am the weapon fashioned against all the witches and wizards."
