Nigerian Afrobeats sensation Rema brought a powerful emotional moment to his sold-out Madison Square Garden (MSG) concert in New York by paying tribute to his mentor and music mogul, Don Jazzy.

In a viral video capturing the heartfelt gesture, Don Jazzy appeared on stage alongside Rema but attempted to leave quietly. The 24-year-old hitmaker, however, stopped him and addressed the roaring crowd.
“I want to give you your flowers right in front of these many people,” Rema began. “There are so many things you’ve done for the game that you don’t talk about, that people don’t talk about. You have changed so many lives.”

He continued, “I’m grateful from the bottom of my heart and I love you so much,” sparking wild cheers and applause from the crowd and fans online.
