UK Army Opens Recruitment for Nigerians and Commonwealth Citizen
The British Army has officially launched a recruitment drive, inviting Nigerians and other Commonwealth citizens to join its ranks.
This opportunity is particularly geared toward individuals with specialized skills, including musicians, royal electrical and mechanical engineers, royal engineers technicians, tradesmen, and paratroopers.

Applications for these coveted positions opened on August 19, 2024, and will close on August 26, 2024. The British Army emphasized the critical role that Commonwealth soldiers have played and continue to play in its operations.
Successful applicants will be linked to the Recruit Bounty Referral Scheme, except for those applying as musicians.

Candidates will need to pass a series of rigorous fitness tests, including the multistage fitness test (commonly known as the beep test), seated ball throw, and mid-thigh pull.
