Victor Osimhen Offered €160M Mega Deal as Al Hilal Coach Inzaghi Intensifies Transfer Talks

Victor Osimhen Al Hilal €160m transfer Inzaghi offer 2025

Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen has once again been contacted by Simone Inzaghi, now head coach of Al Hilal, in a bold bid to lure the Napoli star to Saudi Arabia with a record-breaking offer worth €160 million, PUNCH Sports Extra reports.

Inzaghi, who recently left Inter Milan after leading them to the UEFA Champions League final, had first identified Osimhen as a top transfer priority upon his arrival at Al Hilal. Italian source Il Mattino reports that Inzaghi has personally spoken to the Nigerian forward again, telling him Al Hilal is his “best destination.”

According to Napoli Calcio News, the Saudi club has offered Osimhen a stunning three-year deal worth over €40 million per season, making it one of the most lucrative packages ever proposed to an African footballer.

However, Osimhen has not been quick to accept, as he is reportedly still eyeing interest from top European clubs. The 26-year-old has drawn attention from Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United, and most recently, Liverpool.

A Sports Mole report states that Napoli is open to a move to Liverpool, but Osimhen currently favors joining Serie A rivals Juventus. The twist? Osimhen's €75 million release clause is reportedly only valid for non-Italian clubs, meaning Juventus must negotiate directly with Napoli.

Last season, Osimhen enjoyed a successful loan spell at Galatasaray, netting 37 goals and 8 assists in 41 appearances, helping them secure a domestic double. Galatasaray is also keen to keep him, though finances may be a stumbling block.

With his relationship with Napoli believed to be strained, Osimhen is expected to leave this summer. Since joining in 2020, he’s scored 76 goals and made 18 assists in 133 matches, also winning the 2022/23 Serie A title.
