Horror in Borno: How Terrorists Slaughtered Innocent Villagers – Survivors Tell Their Terrifying Story!
Suspected ISWAP terrorists ambushed villagers from Pulka, Borno State, killing six and abducting several others in a brutal attack. The assault occurred on Saturday while victims were gathering firewood in the Bokko-Ghide/Ngoshe bush.
Security expert Zagazola Makama confirmed the incident, revealing that troops from Operation Hadin Kai evacuated the victims to Gwoza General Hospital, where doctors pronounced them dead. The deceased were identified as Ibrahim Kursu (45), Malam Ahmadu (50), Abba Zake (35), and three others.
Three survivors—Bukar Alhaji (42), Wada Maina (50), and Adamu Idrissa—escaped and reunited with their families. However, the exact number of abducted victims remains unknown.
This attack underscores the persistent insecurity in Northeast Nigeria, despite military efforts. Locals fear more assaults as terrorists exploit vulnerable rural areas. Authorities have yet to issue an official statement, raising concerns over delayed responses to such tragedies.
