Gombe State Police have uncovered a shocking case of filicide, arresting eight suspects in the ritual murder of six-year-old Muhammad Ibrahim Bulama - allegedly orchestrated by his own father. The gruesome crime, which occurred in Bura-Bunga village, saw the child dismembered for money rituals.

Police spokesperson DSP Buhari Abdullahi revealed the chilling details: "The father, currently at large, masterminded this atrocity for financial gain." The arrested suspects include:

- Magaji Adamu (45) who confessed to slaughtering and dismembering the boy
- Babayo Musa (18) who admitted abducting the child

- Three accomplices including native doctors

The nightmare began in February when the grandfather reported Muhammad missing. After months of investigation, police cracked the case on April 18, leading to coordinated arrests. The suspects' confessions paint a horrifying picture: the boy was lured from home, butchered in the bush, and his remains dumped in a well.
