In a devastating incident in Yokohama, Japan, a 17-year-old high school student tragically took her own life by jumping from a shopping center, fatally striking a pedestrian below. 

The tragedy occurred around 6:00 PM on Saturday in a crowded shopping district, resulting in the deaths of both the teenager and a 32-year-old woman who was hit.
