The death toll from a devastating fire at Hillside Endarasha Primary School in Nyeri, Kenya, has risen to at least 21. 

The tragedy unfolded when a dormitory housing 156 boys aged 10 to 14 was engulfed in flames.

DNA testing is underway to identify the victims, with authorities warning it may take several days.
