Fidelity Bank Plc has teamed up with ImpactHER to deliver a five-day digital and artificial intelligence skills training for over 1,276 women entrepreneurs. 

This initiative aligns with Fidelity Bank’s strategy to support women-led businesses, which make up a significant portion of Nigeria's MSMEs.

The training covered essential digital topics like email marketing and using AI for content creation, aiming to close the digital skills gap among women. 

Efe Ukala, founder of ImpactHER, stressed the importance of digital skills in driving economic growth in Africa, noting that empowering women with these skills is vital for scaling their businesses.
